JACK AMENITIES

These redesigned multifamily amenity spaces in Seattle Washington are just down the street from Neumos, a famous music venue that has hosted the legends of the Seattle music scene for over 30 years. The design of the common spaces paid homage to that history, with an urban rock edge, black brick, sophisticated plays on a grown-up grunge culture, including subtle flannel patterns, leather accents, and a veritable museum full of Vynil records and cassette tapes.

Work created while part of a team at Board & Vellum, photos by Tina Witherspoon, Cassette Tape Mural by Sarah Robbins.
